  1. Business Model

DIGICART ENTERPRISE LTD operates primarily as a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier of ICT products, networking solutions, security systems, software solutions, consulting services, and related technologies.

  1. Order Process

Orders are accepted only after:

• Approved quotation
• Purchase Order (PO)
• Service Agreement
• Contract
• Official invoice issuance

DIGICART does not provide open public website checkout services.

  1. Payment Methods

Payments may be made through:

• Bank Transfer
• Mobile Money
• Secure Payment Link
• Other approved payment methods

  1. Invoicing

Invoices shall be issued before payment collection and shall contain transaction-specific details.

  1. Payment Due Dates

Payment terms are specified in individual quotations, contracts, or invoices.

  1. Taxes

Applicable taxes, including VAT, shall be charged in accordance with Tanzanian laws and regulations.

  1. Late Payments

DIGICART reserves the right to suspend services or withhold deliveries for overdue accounts.

  1. Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and (USD)
